This website (skanslabs.com) is operated by La Costa Services, LLC (“Skans Labs”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you visit and how we use it.
What we collect
- Server logs. Our web infrastructure records standard request data — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — kept briefly to operate and secure the site.
- Messages you send. If you email us or submit the briefing form, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and message.
- Your preference. The site remembers your light/dark theme choice in your browser’s local storage. That value never leaves your device.
What we don’t do
We don’t run advertising trackers, we don’t build profiles of you across sites, and we don’t sell your personal information. We do use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic counts; it sets no cookies and does not track you across sites.

To respond to your inquiries, to operate and secure the website, and to meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the site and email (for example, hosting), under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and we apply reasonable safeguards to the limited information we hold.

Cookies
We use only essential cookies. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
